James E.Brownlee,84,of Waynesboro,died Tuesday,Sept.18,2001,at the VA.Nursing Home in Collins.Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m.today,at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro,with burial in Arrington Cemetery.The Rev.Steve Carter will officiate.He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II.He was preceded in death by his wife,Carrie W.Brownlee;a daughter,Carolyn Mosely;and parents,Christopher Brownlee and Eretta Clark.He is survived by two daughters,Elain B.Galluzzo of Sanibel Island,Fla.,and Jean Mosley of Waynesboro;three sisters,Earlene Windom of Ellsville,Maude Spach of Columbus,Ohio,and Jettie Huddleston of Jacksonville,Fla.;seven grandchildren;and seven great-grandchildren.Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro ib in charge of arrangements.
