Andrew was a son of William and Annie Hacker Burns who settled in Bartholomew county Indiana in 1832 comeing from Clay County Kentucky. Several of the Burns and Hacker familys come and settled there at that time. Andrew Married to Martha Jane Petree June 7 1869 At Burnsville Indiana. Martha Petree was a D/O Malcom and Martha Deneen Petree of Bartholomew and Boone countys Ind. In 1876 Andrew and family moved up to Boone County Ind and begun farming again.
I beleive they settled in or around Elizaville Ind. They had the following known children. Jerome,Andrew,Everett,Gertrude.
The family remained in Boone county and are entered in Oak Hill. Andrew died in 1920 Lebanon.
