Felix C. Falter, 75, of Freeburg, died Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at his residence. He was born Sept. 9, 1930, at Freeburg, a son of Fritz and Regina Morfeld Falter who preceded him in death.

He was married May 2, 1959, to Helen Loethen who died Nov. 21, 1991.

Survivors include three brothers, Ambrose Falter, Roman Falter, and Harold Falter; two sisters, Georgia Boehmer and Margaret Sankey.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 19, 2006, in the Holy Family Catholic Church, Freeburg, with services by Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes. Visitation will be from 4 -7 p.m., Friday, August 18, 2006, at the church with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.
