Lillia Marie Gonzales Acord, 84, of Glendale, AZ left us in the early morning hours of September 22, 2015 to be with Our Heavenly Father in the Kingdom of Glory. Her husband, Edwin, was laying next to his beloved wife, holding her hand as she passed peacefully in her sleep.
Lillia Marie was born on April 10, 1931 to Amador and Guadalupe Gonzales in a small town near Malaga, New Mexico. She was the eldest of twelve children.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joe; and sister Virginia.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Edwin Acord; daughter, Esther Heath; son-in-law, Greg Heath; grandson, Justin Heath; son, Andy Acord; daughter-in-law, Michelle Acord; granddaughter, Amber Acord; and nine siblings, Agapita, Cheva, Mary, Manuel, Carmen, Christina, Josie, Alice and Yolanda.
Services will be at 11:00am on Monday, September 28, 2015 at St Raphael Catholic Church, 5525 W Acoma, Glendale, Arizona.
