The funeral for Mrs Helen Maude Ryman, 1501 Wheeler St, Apt. 700, who died Fri will be held Tuesday at 1:30 P.M. in The Dunlap United Methodist Church, Burial will be in the Dunlap Cemetery, Stephan Ward will conduct the service.
Memorial contributions in Mrs Ryman's name may be made to the United Methodist Church, where she was a member. They may be sent in care of the Roberts Blue Barnett Funeral home.
Helen M Gray, Daughter of Roy and Effa Moore Gray, was born Oct 4 1908, in Americus, she married H Wayne Ryman at the Zion Lutheran Church in 1933. He died Feb 5 1965, She lived in Dunlap for many years and moved to the Horizon Plaza Apartment when they opened a few years ago.
She was a waitress at the Ranch House for many years and then for several years at the Flint Hills Manor as a nurses aide. She retired in 1976. She was a member of the Green Thumb Garden Club and the Extension Homemakers Unit at Horizon Plaza.
Mrs Ryman is survived by three brothers, Warren Roy Gray, 1101 West South Ave, Howard Sam Gray of Topeka, and Hubert Moore Gray of Kenai Alaska, and several Nieces and nephews.
