LAKE MILTON - Mrs. Bert R. (Addie Elizabeth) Smith, 84, of Rt. 18, died of complications Sunday at 6.45 am. at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Alice) Moore, with whom she made her home.

Born Aug 12, 1880 in Youngstown, O., she was a daughter of Simon Simeon and Lucy Barger Neidig.

She was married to Bert R. Smith on Nov. 28, 1904.

Formerly of Boardman, she resided in Lake Milton for the past 31 years. A member of the Pricetown Methodist Church, she was a member of Palmy Chapter No. 114. Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are her husband, Bert R. one daughter. Mrs. Clarence Moore, of Lake Milton, two sons, S. Randall and G. Robert, both of Lake Milton, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held from the James Funeral Home, Newton Falls, Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Jacquelyn Russell, pastor of Pricetown Methodist Church, officiating.

Friends may call this evening 7 to 9 p.m.

Interment wilt be in Eckis Cemetery, Milton Twp.
