The following Death Notice was found. approx birth year 1819

Andrew County Woman Dead at 101, Leaves 80 year old son

Up until the last illness, Mrs. Annie Kessler seldom was sick

Mrs. Annie Kessler, 101 years of age was Anrew county's oldest citizen, died recently in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Taylor, in the New Hurlinger neighborhood. Up until the last illness, Mrs. Kessler hardly knew what it was to be sick. With the exception of her hearing, which was defective, she possessed all her faculties.

Mrs. Kessler was born in Germany and came to this county when she was 19 years old. She was married three times, the first being in Germany. Her third husband died more than 25 years ago. She is survived by five children; a son John Repp by first marriage who is 80 years old, Jacob and Daniel Kessler, and Mrs. Taylor of New Hurlinger, and Frank Kessler of St. Joseph.

Funeral Services were conducted by Rev. W.D. Delaney at St. Mary's Church, New Hurlinger.
