Frank A. Coulter, 63, of North Wales Road, Elkmont, AL, died Tuesday 15 June 1999 at Huntsville Hospital Main, Huntsville. AL. Funeral services were held Thursday, June 17, at 4:00 p.m. at Taylor-Ardmore Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wheeler Kidd, Bro. Sammy Brister, and Bro. Bruce Walters officiating.
A native of the Ardmore area, Mr. Coulter was the son of the late George Dewey and Sarah Ghidotti Coulter. He was a former Ardmore, AL Councilman and businessman. He was a retired public works superintendent for the City of Decatur.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Coulter of Elkmont, AL; one daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Mark O'Driscoll of Huntsville, AL; one grandson, Shaun O'Driscoll of Huntsville, AL; god children, Brent, Feliscia and Erin Mullins, Eric, Dottie and Emily Mullins, Amber, Pat, Brooke and Blake Magnusson, Mary and Wendy Mullins, and Randy Lewter, all of Ardmore; three brothers, Leo Coulter of Prospect, TN, Leroy Coulter of Dauphin Island, AL, G. D. Coulter of Ardmore, AL; four sisters, Virginia Butler of Ardmore, AL, Ima Jean Delfunt of Ardmore, TN, Dora Dean Watson of Ardmore, TN and Ann Mitchell of Madison, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.
