INDIANAPOLIS NEWS, AUGUST 2, 1972

Howard E. Dorsey, 86, died yesterday in his home, 922 N. Layman Ave. He had owned the H.E. Dorsey Sheet Metal Shop for 50 years and he retired in 1960. A life resident of Indianapolis, He was a member of Zion Evangelical Church. Services will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday in Shirley Brothers Irving Chapel. Entombment will be made in Washington Park Mausoleum. Survivers include the widow Mrs Mertie Dorsey.
