Funeral services for Vernon R. Bonesteel, 44, of 3606 Grand, East Chicago, who died at St. Catherine hospital July 31, will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. in the McGuan Mortuary, 3438 Fir, with Rev. Arthur Janke officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood cemetery, Hammond.
He is survived by his widow, Julia; one son, Richard; one daughter, Jeannine; father, George, of Eaton, Colo.; one sister, Mrs. Maxine Hill of Denver, Colo.; two brothers, Melvin of Denver and Maynard of Okinawa.
