Theresa E. (Archambault) Fernandes, 87, of Dartmouth died Thursday, October 8, 2015 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was wife of the late Thomas Fernandes. Born in Fall River, she was daughter of the late Delphis and Laura (Simonin) Archambault. Mrs. Fernandes was a Communicant of St. George Church, Westport and was a former member of the St. George Women's Guild. She enjoyed making stained glass, pottery, macramé and watching the Golden Girls.

Survivors include three sons: Eric G. Fernandes of Fall River, Wayne L. Fernandes of Pawtucket, RI and Thomas S.A. Fernandes of N. Dartmouth; two daughters: Rebecca E. Nelson and her husband James of Fall River and Robin D. McNear of S. Dartmouth; a sister: Patricia Cunha of N. Dartmouth; 13 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Dartmouth.
