Paul Kruger Bryant, III

Paul Kruger Bryant III, 61, of Manhattan, passed away, Saturday, October 3rd, at Stormont-Vail Healthcare in Topeka. Paul was a Biologist for the USDA.

Paul was born in Los Angeles, CA on October 7, 1953, the son of the late Josephine Frances (Alliett) Gysel and Paul Kruger Bryant, Jr.. He graduated from Central High in Cheyenne, WY in 1972 and from the University of Wyoming in Laramie, WY. Paul loved science, genealogy, camping in Yellowstone, he worked as a Forest Ranger and counselor in Wyoming and Utah. Paul loved his cats, dogs and fish and loved loved to grow orchids .

Paul was united in marriage to Greg West on July 23, 2008 in San Francisco who survives of the home. He is also survived by two brothers, Kevin R. Bryant, of Apache Junction, AZ; Joseph L. Bryant, husband of Pauline , of Sun City West, AZ; a step sister, Connie Holgersen, of Albin, WY.
two step brothers, Jimmy Gysel husband of Kathy, of Denver and Gary Gysel.

A Celebration of Life will be 6:30pm on Thursday, October 8th, at the Irvin-Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation,1317 W. Poyntz Ave. in Manhattan.
