Polly Anna Allen Boling, 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by those she loved, Sunday, October 4, 2015.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2015, 2:00pm at Roberta City Cemetery. The Reverend Jim Hamlin will officiate. Grandson Jeremy Vogt will offer the Eulogy. The family will greet friends at the funeral home Tuesday, October 6, between 6 and 8 in the evening. She was a loving, devoted Christian and a member of the Church of Christ. Family meant the most to Polly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Lee and Murl Allen, one brother, David Allen, and 22 months ago, her beloved husband, Wayne Boling.
She leaves her 8 loving children: Chuck (Jackie) Boling of Culloden, GA; Paula Recio of Houston, TX; Jerre (Stephanie) Boling of Garland, TX; Angie Gambill of Richmond, TX; Lisa (Kevin) Ferguson of Roberta, GA; Patrice (Chris) Walker of Musella, GA; Julie (Danny) Roberson of Haddock, GA; Shannon (Lonnie) Smith of Haddock, GA. She has 24 grandchildren and 11 great-grand children, with a large extended family.
Polly was the Salutatorian for her graduating class, Waskom High School, 1958. She was a Homemaker whose home was always welcoming, full and spotless. She was a great Mom, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother and will be missed by all.
