Phillip S. Nowels of Everett, WA passed away at the age of 87. He was a decorated Army veteran of WWII, serving with the 607th Tank Destroyer Battalion in Central Europe, Rhineland, Normandy and northern France in 1944 and 1945. He was a purple heart recipient for wounds received in France.
Phil was preceded in death by his son Lynn. He is survived by his wife, Onalee and son . . . There are no services planned.
