He was born in Willow Point, Tex. on april 7, 1885, and died at his home on Friday, Dec. 23, 1955. He was a resident of the area for 46 years. H was a retired Southern Pacific Railway clerk, and a member of the Railway Clerk's union. He was survived by his wife, Katie; one sin, Bill; two daughters, Mrs. W.O. Harris and Mrs. Robert Lacy; four sisters, Mrs. Mable Fowler, Mrs. J. P. Phillips, Miss Effie Vogt and Miss August Vogt.
