David Wallace Brown, age 79 of Cosby, was an avid farmer and loved to raise cattle. David was a member of Allen’s Missionary Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents Lenn Brown and Gladys (Ford) Brown, a son, David Wallace Brown Jr., granddaughter Megan Hope Henegar and sister Beulah Tipton. David is survived by his wife of 60 years Dora Rathbone Brown; daughters and sons-in-law Carolyn and Tony Cline, Sandra and Michael Sutton, Glenda and Marvin Henegar, 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. His sister and brother-in-law Patty and Billy Wayne Moore, brother and sister-in-law Jerry and Margie Brown, brother Tommy Brown also survive.
