LEE BLY
Lee Bly, 61, of 419 South Garfield, died at a Pocatello hospital Sunday night after a short illnesss.
Mr. Bly was born Nov 22, 1891, in Loup City, Neb., the son of Emery and Victora Warminski Bly. He was a graduate of the St. Paul Business College, St. Paul, Neb.
On Jan 4, 1933, he was married to Marie Ciochon, at Smith Center, Kansas. For 11 years he was employed at the Bremerton Naval yards, Bremerton, Wash. They moved to Pocatello in 1944 where he had been employed as a rigger at the Naval Ordnance Plant.
He was a member of Portneuf Lodge 18, AF and AM, and the Pocatello Consistory of Scottish Rite bodies.
Surviving are his wife, a son, Clarence Bly, with the US Army in Tokyo, Japan; four daughters, Mrs. John Sullivan and Mrs. Harold Duryea, Bremerton; Mrs. Robert McCone and Mrs. Claude Miller, Seattle; his mother, Mrs. Victora Bly, Bremerton; a brother, Louis Bly, Custer, S. D. ;two sisters, Mrs. W. A. Jacobs, St. Paul, Neb. and Mrs. George Wright, Bremerton, and 15 grandchildren.
Scottish Rite Rose Croix services will be Tuesday at 10:30 am in the McHan-Henderson Funeral home. Burial will be in the family plot in a Bemerton cemetery.
