Mr. Grady Bain "Bill" Dellinger, Sr., 89, of Cherryville, passed away at Cleveland Regional Medical Center, Tuesday, July 11, 2006.
Mr. Dellinger was born in Gaston County on April 9, 1917, to the late David Andrew Dellinger and Lucretia Emaline Wright Dellinger. He was retired from Charlotte Tank Truck where he built propane trucks and was a farmer. Mr. Dellinger was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife Kimmie Mable Beam Dellinger; three brothers, Esper, Brice and Forrest Baxter; and two sisters, Mamie Baxter and Georgia Conner.
A funeral service will be at Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
