Doye Mae Webb, 81, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998 at McCuistion Medical Center. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at Gene Roden's Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Even officiating. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Doye was born in Rosalie to George O. and Eunice Green Robison. She married Jess Lewis Webb Dec. 23, 1931. she worked six years at Pleasant Grove Nursing Home and later did private duty nursing. She was a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Aliene Driggars; two sisters, Thelma Randolph and Bonnie Rhodes; two brothers, J.P. Robison and Claudie Robison; two grandchildren, Terry Hutchings and Billy Avery.
Surviving are her husband, Jess; son, Jerry Don (Nicole) Webb of Imperial Beach, CA; daughters, Mary (Wayne) Mahon of Roxton, Pat (Jim) Fiedler of Paris, Kathy Easley of Paris, and Linda Webb of Quinlan; brothers, Chester Robison and Chuck Robison, both of Paris, Robert Robison of California; sisters, Corene Benton of Paris, Lillian Randolph of Springfield, MO, and Viola Bailey of Ft. Worth; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ricky and Roger Hutchings, Keith Farrow, Jamie Daniels, John Wright and Carl "Bo" Wood.
