Death of Oliver f. Goodell
News was received here yesterday of the death in Warrensburg, Misssouri after a long illness of Oliver Fairbanks Goodell of St Louis. Mr Goodell was the son of Rev. Dr. C. L. and Emily (Fairbanks) Goodell and was born in New Britain, Conn. April 20, 1165, where his father was fro many years a successful pastor/ In his boyhood days he was a frequent visitor to St Johnsbury with his parents, and in the early eighties he was s student in the Academy. After his school days he went to St Louis where he engaged in business. He leaves a wife and one sister, Mrs Frank H. Heald of Milford, New Hampshire. The funeral was held in Wagner Chapel, St Louis, on Tuesday afternoon. (The St Johnsbury Caledonian (St Johnsbury, Vermont) September 28, 1917, Wednesday)
