Ruth "Carol" Noyes has passed away.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Noyes.
Ruth was a member of both the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.
She was a homemaker and a child care provider. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her son, Richard Noyes; daughters, Alayna Noyes, Bonnie Harris, and Caroline Humphrey all of Fresno, and Rosemary Vander- Meyden of Utah; sister, Rosalie Hill of Colorado; four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
