Anna was one of 12 children born to John J. Cimbalista and Susan Gvozdak. She married Michael J. Gresko (widower of Marie Ewanick) about 1923, who helped to raise her daughter Margaret (Betty). She lived most of her life in Pottstown, Montgomery County, PA.

She was survived by two brothers and three sisters: Stephen, Jacob, Kathryn, Mary and Susan.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, daughter Betty and step-son Stanley. She was also predeceased by five brothers and one sister: Michael, Andrew, John, Joseph, Paul and Agnes.

Mrs. Gresko was interred next to her daughter at new Saint Aloysius Cemetery in Pottstown, PA.
