Otis Lee Cundiff, 75, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015 at his residence. He was a native of Hardin County, member of Yates Chapel Community Church, a farmer, graduated from Howevalley High School, served in several offices for Cherrytree hunters club, and served in the National Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Elbert and Irene Cundiff; one sister, Opal Clater. one brother, Harvey Cundiff, and one nephew, Joey Clater. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Louise Allen Cundiff of Cecilia, 3 sons; William "Bill" (Connie) Cundiff of Elizabethtown, Otis Walton (Donna) Cundiff of Elizabethtown, and Robert Hughes (Vanessa) Cundiff, one daughter, Dora Kay (Dennis) Thomas of Rineyville, three brothers; Darvin Cundiff of Cecilia, Marvin Cundiff of Sarasota, FL, Roy Cundiff of Eastview, one sister, Sue Smallwood of Elizabethtown, 7 grandchildren; William, Leonard, Jessica, Pamela, Tyler, Laura and Logan, one great grandchild; Trenton. The funeral will be Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jeff Reneer and Bro. Donnie Lewis officiating. The burial will be at Howevalley Cemetery.
