Leonidas had a sister named Anna who died as an infant and one named Danola (Ola) who died at age 9, as well as 6 half-brothers and sisters from his dad's 2nd wife, Josephine: Cornelia, Sydney, Lizzie, Ida, Frank and Zada.
In 1902, Leonidas married Beulah Shuptrine (1885-1985) in Effingham County, GA. They had 5 children: Lois (married Frank Mann), Eugene L., Gertrude (married Turner), Catherine and Victor H. By 1905, they lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma but then moved to the Atlanta, GA area. By 1920, they moved to Detroit, Michigan. In Detroit they were divorced in 1924 or 1927. I think they must have applied in 1924 and it was finalized in 1927. Beulah moved back to Georgia.
On Oct 31, 1927, he married Myrtle Staines, (born in Michigan around 1880) in Detroit. She died in 1952 in North Tonawanda.
He worked as an insurance agent and possibly a real estate agent.
