Clem Brown Jr. was welcomed into heaven on September 16, 2015. Clem passed away in Sacramento, California where he lived for the past year. Clem was born in 1917 to Clem Brown Sr. and Clara Brown in Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Clem was a long time resident of Oroville and a proud veteran for our country serving in the Army during World War II. Even during his 90's Clem enjoyed being in the Oroville parades wearing his uniform and representing the U.S Army. He will be missed in the next parade held in Oroville. He was also a long time member of the Church of the Nazarene. Clem & his wife Jean, traveled extensively throughout the U.S & Canada. They also traveled to Jerusalem, Greece, Italy, and Switzerland. Jean Brown preceded him in death in 2012.A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Oroville Nazarene Church in Oroville on October 15, 2015 at 10:00 am. Arrangements are entrusted with Oroville Funeral Home (530) 533-0323
