Kirby L. Arrowood, 47, of Fairview, died Tuesday, September 15, 2015.

A native of Buncombe Co., he was a son of the late Charles and Lois Arrowood.

Kirby worked for Wilsonart for 28 years. He was an avid supporter of his daughter's sports activities at A.C. Reynolds High School. He was a member of Trinity of Fairivew Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife of 26 years, Tammy Blankenship Arrowood; daughters, Sarah Arrowood Reese and husband Thomas, and Averi Elizabeth Arrowood; sister, Kim Bass and husband David; brothers, Keith and Karey Arrowood; nephew, J.D. Bass and wife Mariann; and special cousin, Rod Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday at Trinity of Fairview Baptist Church, with the Revs. Stacey Harris and Adam Guice officiating. Burial will follow at Cane Creek Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m.
