She retired from Blue Bell after more than 30 years, was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church, enjoyed sewing, quilting, working in her flowers and her grandchildren.
Ms. McGlaughn is is preceded in death by her son, James L.D. McGlaughn; sisters, Opal Cash, Betty Roberson and Ruby Snell; and brother, Elbert, Dennis, Marvin, and Jimmy Snell.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Ellison (Bill) of Sand Mountain; grandchildren, Glenn Ellison (Dianna), Steven Ellison (Cindy), Wendy Lambert (Al), and Dawn Hudson; eleven great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Gail McGlaughn of GA; sister-in-law, Shirley Snell ; and a host of nieces and nephews.
