Gale E Knoblock, 82, of Anderson, went home to be with the Lord on September 14, 2015 at St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Anderson. He was born on March 26, 1933 in Anderson, Indiana and resided most of his life in Anderson.

Gale graduated from Donaphin High School in Donaphin, MO, Class of 1951.

He was a veteran who served with U.S. Army.

He retired from Delco Remy in 1991 after 40 years of service where he worked in assembly.

He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Anderson.

He enjoyed fishing; hunting; bike riding; gardening; and enjoyed baseball

Gale is survived by his daughter, Deborah (Tony) Metzger of Anderson; son, Bradley G. (Chris) Knoblock of Warrington; 2 sisters, Esther Windhorst of Donaphin, MO and Tressia Farmer of Donaphin, MO; 10 Grandchildren; 6 Great-Grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by father, Frank H. Knoblock; mother, Martha (Hazelmyer) Knoblock; wife, Barbara J. (Blake) Knoblock; brother, Frank H. Knoblock, Jr.; 2 sisters, Mary Guinn and Elizabeth Anderson; 2 Grandsons; Great-Grandson.
