Margarita B. Rocha, 79, was born on May 20, 1931 in Harlingen, Texas, and entered the Lord's heavenly kingdom on Tuesday evening, September 21, 2010. She was a member of a Pioneer Harlingen Family, an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, and the daughter of the late Santos Bermea.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Alberto F. Rocha.
Margarita leaves behind her loving family to cherish her wonderful memories, including her daughter, Leticia (Chris) Pool of Houston; sons, Ricardo Rolando (Julia Gomez) Rocha of Corpus Christi; Ceasar Rocha of Harlingen, & Alberto X. (Emelda) Rocha of Harlingen; sisters, Martha Flores of Harlingen & Maria (Jesse) Quiroz of Harlingen, and 7 grandchildren: Alexandria, Anjelika, Albert J. Rocha, John V. Fenner, Jenna, Joshua Pool and Christian R. Rocha.
Visitation will be held today, September 23, 2010 from 10 A.M. to 9 P.M. with a holy rosary to be recited at 7 P.M. at Trinity Funeral Chapel of the Holy Spirit.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 24, 2010 at 2 P.M. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with interment to follow to Harlingen City Cemetery.
Honored to serve as pallbears will be: Orlando B. Flores, Jorge H. Flores, Carlos Castillo, Chris Pool, John V. Fenner and Albert R. Rocha.
