Daughter of John Osborn, mother unknown on DC, she married Martin Taylor Huffman, was widowed, retired, lived on McKinley St, Franklin, died there of stomach cancer, per death certificate 6456, whose informant was M. T. Huffman of Franklin. Buried Jan 5 1925.

Franklin News-Herald, Saturday, Jan 3 1925:
Mrs. Margaret A. Huffman died at her home on McKinley Street, Oak Hill, at 11 o'clock Friday evening, after an illness of 15 weeks. She was born in Mercer County May 13, 1854.

She lived in this county practically all her life, and was a member of the Oak Hill Evangelical Church.

Her husband, M. T. Huffman, died July 12, 1919.

Surviving are children Mrs. Agnes Vaughn, Mrs. Maude Anderson, Mrs. Newton Phillips, Benjamin Huffman, Charles F. Huffman, Mrs. Herbert Connell, Mrs. David Long, and Mrs. Caspar Long, all of this city.

Services will be at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at Oak Hill Evangelical Church with Rev. E. L. Nicely officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.

Franklin, Jan. 4 -- Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret A. Huffman will be held at the Oak Hill Evangelical church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev E. L. Nicely officiating. Interment in the Franklin cemetery will follow the services.

She was born in Mercer county May 13,1854. Her husband, M. T. Huffman, died July 2, 1919. Six daughters, Mrs. Maude Anderson, Mrs. Newton Phillips, Mrs. Agnes Vaughn, Mrs. Herbert Connell, Mrs. David Long, and Mrs. Caspar Long,; and two sons, Benjamin and Charles F. Huffman, all of Franklin, survive.
