Evelyn Marie Barry, age 74, of Bucyrus, KS, passed away at Carnegie Village Assisted Living in Belton Missouri on September 14, 2015, surrounded by her entire family.

She was born in San Mateo California on March 31, 1941 the daughter of Harold and June Rivett Stump.

She is survived by three children, Harley Steven Barry of Belton Missouri, Mark Anthony Barry of Overland Park, Kansas and Roxanne June Barry of Kansas City Missouri.

Most of her young adult years were lived in Portland Oregon until she then joined the United States Marine Corps and served our country from 1960-63 in Camp Pendleton California as a secretary. She always took pride of her service time. She then met the one and only true love of her life marrying Frank Barry Jr. in Nov. 1963 in Oklahoma for 19 years. They both lived for their farm and built a home together where Evelyn lived the rest of her life for 52 years in East Bucyrus Kansas.

Evelyn lived for others first, then herself last, never once complaining or showing any emotion of concern. You will never be forgotten but ever so much loved and missed Mom. We love you. Rest in Peace!
