Fred Charles Watts, age 82, was born to the late Empie Watts and the late Mae Dow Watts. After 41 years of service, he retired from the US Air Force and Air National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Jane Watts; two sons: Franklin Watts and wife, Mary Beth, and John Watts and wife, Christina; one brother, Banks Watts; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
