LEWIS M. SWORD, Clear Spring Rt. 1, died at his home Saturday morning after a long illness, aged 77 years. Born in Blairs Valley, he was the son of hte late John and Catherine (Blair) Sword. He spent most of his life in the Clear Spring district and was a member of the Blairs Valley Church of God.
He is survived by a brother, Steward V. Sword, Greencastle; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Clark Funeral Home, Clear Spring; interment was in St. Paul's Cemetery.
