Dallas Maynard Donaldson, 65, died of a gunshot wound at 3:45 a.m. Friday at his home. The death apparently was a suicide, according to Deputy Coroner Robert Adams. Donaldson was a native of Vincennes, Ind., an Army veteran of World War II and had retired as the owner of Curly 's Auto Wreckers. Survivors include his wife, the former Mary Viola Mattingly; a stepson, George E. Gay; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Margaret L. Miller, and four grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Neurath Funeral Home 725 E. Market St., with burial in Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Ind. The. body will be at the funeral home after noon Saturday.
