Ira Paul Maclin, of Newbern, retired Western Electric employee and farmer, brother of E. N. Maclin of Gates, died Tuesday near Batesville, AR, while on a visit, he was 71.
Services were in Johnson Funeral Home, Newbern, burial in Cario Cemetery, Crockett County. He also leaves his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Williams Maclin; two sons, William F. Maclin and James F. Maclin, both of Chattanooga.
