Linda Kay Shattuck, age 57, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2006 with great strength, humor and dignity. Linda was born in Morgantown, WV and moved to Titusville, FL in 1970. She was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Titusville, and a devoted homemaker and mother who had a strong love and passion for her flowers and gardening. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Gene Shattuck; daughters, Dawna (James) Bennett and Heather Shattuck Webb; son, Bryan Shattuck; grandchildren, Andrew, Sierra, Tyler and Wade; parents, Earl and Lavinia Albright of Titusville; and sister, Donna (Bill) Brumfield, of Monticello, FL. A service of celebration will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at North Brevard Funeral Home, Titusville, with visitation being held one hour prior to services starting at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to extend special thanks to all the very caring people who took the time to be a part of Lindas life. With her sparkling personality, Linda had many close friends, and touched the hearts of everyone she ever met. We will miss her more than words can ever say.
