Age 85, passed away surrounded by family at Agrace Hospice on September 3, 2015. She was born in the Town of West Point on June 17, 1930, the daughter of Ezra Richard Smith and Lillian Nora (Braun) Smith. She attended West Point Gibralter Grade School and graduated from Lodi High School year of 1948. She married on January 13, 1951 and they raised five children. She belonged to the West Point Methodist Church and later the Lodi United Methodist Church. Along with caring for the family, she was self-employed in the home with the Lodi Answering Service for 5 years, employed at the Lodi Canning Company for 8 years and then American Family Insurance for 20 years where she retired. Delores was a Charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary from 1953 until the time of her death. Delores was preceded in death by her parents, brother Wallace Smith, grandson Jeremy Wilson, grandson Elliot McKenna, and great-grandson Andrew McKenna
