She was a daughter of John Biggerstaff and Martha Ellington. Died of Brights disease.

From the Morganton, NC News Herald, 3 Feb. 1916:
"Mrs. Sallie Anderson, an ex-Confederate soldier's widow living near Bridgewater, will be buried at Drucilla church, in McDowell county, tomorrow."
She was a daughter of John Biggerstaff and Martha Ellington. Died of Brights disease.
