Joseph Lee Cherry, age 92, died at the Yell County Hospital, Sunday August 17, 1958. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Church of Christ. He had lived most of his life in Yell County.

Survivors include three daughters Mrs. Rose Jones, Havana, Mrs. Ester Bollinger, Transylvania, La. and Mrs. Agnes Boswell, Visalia, Calif. two sons, Aby Cherry of Oklahoma City, Nim Cherry of Little Rock; a brother Jim Cherry of Havana; 23 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
