This may be him. He evidently had a habit of telling people different ages as the census records all have different ages. He met Sarah Stewar and had 2 children with her, Edwin J. in 1849 and Sarah A. in 1853 Ohio. I have not found them on the 1850 census. I am not sure if he actually married Sarah. I have not found a marriage record for them.
