ANNE S. SCHATZ, 77, of Tampa died Friday in Tampa. A native of Birmingham, Ala., she had lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1980, coming from Birmingham. She was an elementary schoolteacher and is survived by two sons, Fred M. and David, both of Tampa; one daughter, Carol A. Frazier of Orlando; one sister, Wilhemenia Kinzer of Palm Harbor; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. F.T. Blount Co.-Nebraska Avenue Chapel.
