SCHATZ, David Henry, age 65, 1204-1205 Wickford Rd. passed away Saturday a.m. at a local hospital. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Ann Shackleford Schatz; 2 sons, David H. Schatz Jr. and Frederick Murray Schatz, both of Birmingham; 1 daughter, Mrs. Carol Schatz Frazier of New Orleans; mother, Mrs. W.L. Schatz of Birmingham; three brothers, Fred C. Schatz of Nashville, Tenn., Herman Schatz and Herbert Schatz, both of Birmingham; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Harris and Mrs. Clifton Hill, both of Birmingham; two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Monday 1 p.m. at Elmwood Chapel, Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Johns Ridout's Elmwood Chapel, 1512 Montevallo Rd. S.W. directing.
