After the death of her husband, Jacob L. Culler, Charlotta remarried a man by the name of Silas A. Timmons.

In the 1892 Washington State territorial census, S. A. & Lottie Timmons were living in Walla Walla County, Washington. He was listed as, S. A. Temmons, a farmer, age 52 born in Ohio, and his wife Lottie Timmons, age 41 born in Illinois, and the children listed were; John Temmons, age 20, Lottie Timmons age 5, a Infant Temmons, age 4, and Lottie's children from first marriage; James Culler age 17 born in Washington, Walter Culler, age 15 born in Washington, and George Culler age 12 born in Washington.

In the 1900 federal census, Lottie and her family was living in Ritz, Walla Walla County, Washington. She was listed as, Lottie Timmons, a widow, age 50 born April 1850 in Illinois, and the children listed were, James C. Culler age 26 born September 1873 in Washington, Walter J. Culler age 22, born February 1878 in Washington, George F. Culler age 20, born February 1880 in Washington, and Faye Timmons age 13, born September 1886, Robert Timmons age 12, born February 1888, and Bessie Timmons age 5 born September 1894, all listed born in Washington. Also living there were James C. Culler wife, Nellie Culler, age 18, born July 1881 in Minnesota. (NOTE--in the original census, they have all of her Culler son's listed as Timmons.)
