Hazleton Plain Speaker; Tuesday, April 27, 1937:
'List Graves of Rare Interest'
'Bodies Removed From Old Church St. Cemetery Include One of 16 Year Old Soldier.'
Under auspices of the Pennsylvania Historical Records Survey, aided by the CWA, later by the SERB and now by the WPA, the names of the persons buried in the old Church street cemetery where city hall now stands and removed to the special plot at the Mt. View cemetery have been listed:

Here lies An Infant Son of George and Lydia Fenstermacher - Born and Died March, 1846.
