Rosie was the fourth wife of Andrew Jackson Elswick in 1915 when he was 46 and she was 18. She was the mother of Kate Elswick Blankenship Ratliff born in 1916; A. Jack, Jr. born in 1920; and John Lee born in 1924; and grandmother of Florence Blankenship Childers and Geneva Blankenship Lafon. She remarried a Mr. Belcher shortly before her death. She is deeply missed.
