Neal Patterson Dow, age 76, of Okeechobee, died July 25, 2006 at the Okeechobee Health Care Facility. He was born July 15, 1930 in Melbourne, Florida. He had been a member of the Elks Lodge, the Moose Lodge, and the American Legion of Okeechobee and also enjoyed dancing. He is survived by his sister, Leta Farnham of Melbourne, FL; his brother Robert L. Dow (Earline) of Sandford, NC; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a special friend, Louise Cates, of Port Charlotte, FL. The family has decided not to hold visitation or services at this time. All arrangements are under the direction and care of the Buxton Funeral Home and Crematory.
