William C. Wayland, 84, of Memphis, TENN., formerly of Paragould, died Saturday, August 29, 2015, at Rainbow Health and Rehab of Memphis.
He was a retired salesman and was an Air Force veteran.
He was the son of the late Henry and Zella Wayland.
He was also preceded in death by his infant sister, Peggy Willene; and grand-daughter, April Shelton.
Survivors include his son, Jeffry Scott Wayland (Kelly) of Delaware; daughter, Debra Shelton of Memphis; grand-children, Kevin Wayland, Amber Wayland, Haley Wayland and Alex Shelton; sisters, Wanda Messer (William) of Paragould and Carol Lynn Beeler of Lonoke; and brother, Larry Wayland (Chris) of Bryant.
Services were held at Heath Funeral Home. Burial was in Brown's Chapel Cemetery.
