Arthur Stanley Helms Sr.
CLINTON--Arthur Stanley Helms Sr., 69, of 910 N. Eighth St. died at 12:01 p.m. Monday in Vermillion County Hospital. He was a retired postal worker. He was born Nov 3, 1919 in Massachusetts. Survivors include his wife, Frances Krapesh Helms; one daughter, Karen Wright of Brockton, Mass.; two sons, Stanley of Rockland, Mass., and Steven of Weymouth, Mass.; one brother, Howard of Massachusetts; one sister, Althea of Massachusetts; and three grandsons. He was a member of the Clinton Moose Lodge 1501, Veterans of Foreign Wars Runyan Pierce Post and a veteran of World War II.
Services were pending in Rockland, Mass. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. today in Karanovich Funeral Home.
