Frances Florine Belt Hays was born in Dallas, Texas, on October 19, 1917, to Tom Belt and Lizzie Ellen Story Belt.

She lived there until 1952 when she moved to California, met and married George Barrett Hays. They moved to Kingman in 1968 and lived here on and off until her death on September 2, 2007, at age 89.

She joins her father and mother, a brother, Leon Belt; a son, Glenn Pallford Stansell; and a daughter, Bonnie Ruth Stansell.

Frances leaves behind her husband, George; three children, James Stansell, Juanita Zamarripa of Kingman and Nina Turcotle of Minnesota; three step-children, Rick Hays and family of California, Lannie William Hays of Virginia and Linda Miller and family of Kingman; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one brother, Grady Belt and family of Texas; and two sisters, Pauleen Welborn and Ernastiene, both from Texas.

Frances was very much loved by all and will be missed. We are placing her in God's hands.
