Funeral services for Freddie Albert "Buck" McLeod, age 69, of Collinston will be 10 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2005 at the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Eppinette officiating.
Interment will be at Carter Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home, Bastrop.
Mr. Buck McLeod was born April 18, 1936 in Monroe and passed away Tuesday April 27, 2005 in Bastrop. Mr. McLeod was a retired auto mechanic and a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lee McLeod, and his parents, Robert and Densie McLeod.
Mr. McLeod is survived by his two daughters, Mary Watson and husband Joe; Debbie Jo Wiley and husband Howdy; seven sons, Butch McLeod and wife Diane, Freddie McLeod and wife Isabell, Jerry McLeod and wife Robin, John McLeod and wife Stacie, Robert McLeod and wife Julie, Jeff McLeod and wife April, Kevin McLeod and wife Rebecca; eight granddaughters and fourteen grandsons.
Serving as pallbearers will be his sons; Freddie A. McLeod, Jr., Jeff McLeod, Kevin McLeod, Robert McLeod, Jerry McLeod, and John McLeod.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday evening from 4 p.m. till 9 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home, Bastrop
